Sinclair Hammelton was established in 2010 and is an independent estate agent in Bromley specialising in the sale of residential properties - the branch is managed by Emily Wade who has many years experience in the business. Emily is joined by an enthusiastic team; Jak Wheeler - Assistant manager, Freya Anthony-Salts & Ryan Reed. Lynn McGarry has the important role of branch secretary. Bromley is a leafy, suburban safe and family friendly area, and is made up some quiet residential roads, and has some delightful enclaves - such as the Palace Estate, with tree-lined roads such as Palace View & Murray Avenue , within walking distance of the Town Centre with it's plethora of bars, restaurants, and of course the Glades shopping mall. Bromley South train station is also within easy reach, with it's fast links into London Victoria and London Blackfriars. Bromley Old Town is the historic heart of Bromley, made up of Victorian cottages, villas and Townhouses, either Victorian or Edwardian , whilst to the east is Shortlands with train links into London and it's diverse range of property from apartments to substantial detached houses with generous garden's. To the South is Chatterton Village, the heart of the area is Chatterton Road a community hub with shops, services and pubs, the area is made up of mostly modest Victorian/Edwardian houses.
